How long does a new battery take to charge?

Just received a new stick up camera with battery. Instructions say to charge initially with the included usb cable. It is now been 4 hours and the charge is still showing the orange and green light (= still charging). Should this be taking a long time?

I’m new to Ring but I’ve been charging my new Ring Spotlight Cam battery for over 4 ½ hours and still showing yellow/green lights. Is this normal? How long should I expect? BTW, I’m charging through a wall outlet rather than USB port on my computer.

Hi @LionsWinBig. A new Quick Release Rechargeable Battery can take up to 8 hours to fully charge.
