How do you fix Live View Ended message?
Hi all I am unable to see anything live on my devices as the message Live View Ended appears. How do I connect live video footage from my device again? Can anyone help? I need live view again ASAP

Hi @Finansign. As @trail-explorer mentioned, you should have a "Reconnect" option on the screen after your Live View times out, as Live View does time out after being open for 10 minutes. If you aren't able to get the Live View to pull up at all, and it is giving you the "Live View Ended" message right from the start, I'd recommend looking at some of the troubleshooting tips in our Community post on Live View concerns [here](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-live-view-not-working-or-connecting-ring-troubleshooting-tips/249). Hi @user_cceac9. Make sure your Ring app is updated, and check that your Spotlight Cam has a strong signal. You can check the signal strength on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
