Hi , I’ve had a ring video door bell for a while, but just purchased and installed a ring security system , but when I arm / disarm on the dashboard it does it to both the doorbell and alarm , but want to be able to control both separately e.g
disarm alarm but leave door bell in home or away mode, but not sure how to don’t this?
Hi @user69036. At this time, you cannot control the Modes for your Ring Alarm and your Ring Doorbell separately. You’re welcome to add this suggestion to our Feature Request board, where other neighbors can comment and add interest.
