how do we get the new (assume it is new) birds eye view activated on our account
Hi @Nullref. The Bird’s Eye View feature will be available on the Video Doorbell Pro 2. You can read more about the feature and how it works in our blog post here, and you can learn more about the Doorbell Pro 2 here. The Bird’s Eye View feature requires the 3D Motion Detection in order to work, which is why it is available on the Doorbell Pro 2. I hope this helps answer your questions!
