How do i change my neighborhood address?
My address is correct on the ring app but, I still get notifications for neighborhood alerts at my old address. I followed these instructions but these options do not exist.... **Follow these easy, step-by-step instructions below.** 1. Open your **Ring** app on your mobile device. 2. Tap on the three lines on the top left. 3. Tap on Settings. 4. Tap on **Change** Address. 5. Enter your new address (or address correction) 6. Confirm your address is correct and it will be saved. I click on the 3 lines, settings, there is no option to change address. So i tried inside the neighborhood app. I went to neighborhood settings and click on my old address to change it and I get an error "this address is linked to one or more locations on your ring account. To change it, open the side menu, select this location, then tap settings, then location" again... these options do not exist. The tech support for RING makes me want to throw my phone off a mountain. I just don't want notifications for a place I don't live anymore...

Hey neighbors! To correct the location shown in your Ring app you will need to update the address by re-entering it in settings. Follow the steps below to update the location in your app. * Ensure your Ring app is up to date. * App versions required: 5.49 (iOS) or 3.49 (Android) or higher. * Open the the Main Menu in the Ring app by tapping on the three lines on the top left corner. * Confirm the location you would like to update is selected at the top, then select **Settings** . * Select **Change Address.** * Tap **Edit Address.** * **Note:** If you have Professional Monitoring as part of your Ring Alarm, you will be switched to self-monitoring. You will need to update your preference in the monitoring section in the Ring app to Professional Monitoring, this will confirm your updated address for monitoring. * Input your address, when you begin typing it will auto populate options in a drop down that you can choose from as well. * Confirm your address is correct on the map. * Confirm the name you’d like for your **Location.** * You are all set with an updated location! Please let us know if you have any further concerns with the location in your app. Thank you for being a great neighbor! :slight_smile:

I also moved and am now using Ring Security vs. only neighborhood alerts I turned off the toggle for "neighborhood" on my phone app which controls my own system (after minimizing the area to .1 miles) I installed SEPARATE Neighborhood by Ring App with a different e-mail to get the neighborhood watch features for my new location only way I could find to work around
