Had Video Doorbell Pro for a couple of years. Hooked to inside chime per instructions. Just went dead recently. Transformer power is good at 18v. Re-tried all connections. Is there a way to test the power kit?

You may need a replacement Pro Power Kit if it was no installed properly, which our support team can determine and order for you.
