Hi @Dannyboy77. If it is a new Doorbell you purchased, you cannot transfer a Protect Plan over to it from an old Doorbell. You will need to [cancel your plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-Plan), in which case you will be refunded for what you have not used of the plan, and then [subscribe](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan) your Doorbell to a new plan. Also, when canceling a plan, you will lose your recordings. I recommend saving any important recordings to your phone.
