Hi @Dannyboy77. If it is a new Doorbell you purchased, you cannot transfer a Protect Plan over to it from an old Doorbell. You will need to cancel your plan, in which case you will be refunded for what you have not used of the plan, and then subscribe your Doorbell to a new plan. Also, when canceling a plan, you will lose your recordings. I recommend saving any important recordings to your phone.
