How can I disable the motion sensor when system is disarmed

We use Ring for our business. When looking through the History, the motions sensor activity makes it difficult to find important events. How can I disable our motion sensors so they aren't reporting when the system is disarmed?

Hi @user15110. There is no way to disable or turn off the Motion Detectors unless you remove the battery or remove them from your Ring app. Turning off the Motion Alerts will disable push notifications to your mobile device, but the Motion Detector will still be on and detecting motion. That is why you see these events logged in the Event History.
