Horrible customer service

After finding out about sidewalk I decided to return my ring order from 2 weeks ago. I contacted customer service twice and was told both times that the policy is that they do not provide a pre-paid return label.

Problem is that the website did provide a pre-paid return label for part of my order but another part of the order from the same day is marked as ‘not eligible for return’ and is forcing me to deal with customer service via the 800 number. Obviously a return label is provided as policy or the web return would not have issued me one …

To make matters worse they issued a RMA for only one of 14 devices and told me to just send them all back (at my expense)it would be fine.

Horrible company to do business with … seriously considering never doing business with amazon again over sidewalk and this return debacle.
