I’ve been a ring customer for 8 years. Outfitted two different homes with their cameras and recommended them to many friends. We bought a new house 18 months ago and I outfitted it with ring cameras. They all stopped working 10 days ago. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service doing troubleshooting. He couldn’t figure it out. He told me to have an electrictrician come check the wiring at the house to make sure there weren’t any problems and if that checked out, to call back to have replacements shipped. I called back for replacements today and was told they only have a 12 month warranty. 4 months outside a 12 month warranty and they refused to replaced them. I will NEVER have a ring camera again and I will NEVER recommend them again! HORRIBLE customer service!
