Horizontal colour lines during pre roll

Hi, ive just purchased a Ring Doorbell 4 and on pre roll im getting horizontal coloured lines across the recording

This ends as soon as normal recording starts and it happens in both daylight and night-time.

Any suggestion please?

Hi @user32656. You can try rebooting your Doorbell from the Ring app to see if that helps. Also, verify your Doorbell has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI.
