Hello, Getting LOTS of mixed signals here whether 24/7 professional monitoring is available in Canada? Website states it is but agent tells me it's not?? If it is available are ALL the features available ?

Hi @user28191. Professional Monitoring service for the Ring Alarm is available only within the U.S. (all 50 states, but not U.S. territories) and Canada (excluding Quebec). You will have all the features listed in the Ring Alarm section of this [chart](https://ring.com/protect-pro) available to you. The Ring Alarm Pro features are not available to you since Alarm Pro is currently only available in the US. We also have this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035899671-Professional-Monitoring-Emergency-Response-Plans) with additional information regarding Professional Monitoring for the Ring Alarm.
