I moved a year ago and have since changed my location on my ring app, as well as my neighbors app. My incident map is still showing my “home location” at my old address and will not update. Please advise on what I should be doing? I cannot get any updates in my new town because the incident map is still showing my previous location. New location is saved and working everywhere else.
Any ideas?
