I can see the motion history but now when I click on it, nothing happens. I’ve updated my phone, restarted, deleted and reinstalled the app, updated the app. Nothing works
Hi there, @MeganR27! Try logging in at Ring.com via web browser and play your videos from there. This will rule out many mobile device and connection variables. While logged in at Ring.com, I recommend also checking your Plans section to ensure you are subscribed to a Protect Plan. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
