Is your Doorbell not capturing motion whatsoever, or is it not picking up certain events? Could you give more detail into what events it’s not picking up, if this is the case? In addition, are you talking about the videos not saying? Please note you will need a Protect Plan in order to see recorded and stored videos. Lastly, what Doorbell do you have?
