I’m having issues with my stick up cam 3rd gen. None of them are working on my network, all I see when I open my app is a picture of the camera against a black screen. My indoor cameras (the ones that are the mini ones that plug into an outlet) work just fine. Any idea what I can do to fix this issue?!!
Hi @Phamtastiic. Are your Stick Up Cams connected to your wifi network? Are you able to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on the dashboard of your Ring App? If your Cams aren’t connected to wifi, you can try reconnecting them to wifi by using the steps listed out in our Help Center Article here. I would also recommend making sure that your Ring App is fully updated as well as your phone’s OS.
