My doorbell has disconnected from WiFi and is now completely unresponsive. Its only just over a year old. I’ve been through every help on the Ring site and end up in the same loop leading nowhere and the helpline number they publish comes up as invalid. Pretty frustrated now as paying for a facility I cannot use
If you are dialling the number (800.656.1918) on the Ring stickers that came with your doorbell last year, I think its a US tech support number.
Call the Ring Tech Support UK number on 01727263045.
