Help , Ring 2 door bell constantly freezing picture

Iv had a ring 2 door bell for 3 days and in live view the picture quality is very good , what is happening is the footage stops , freezes , starts and so on , my rssi is 67 , I brought a ring chime pro & still the live view was the same , my upload speed is 1.09 mbs so a little low , are these to separate faults or is the rssi low because of my upload speed , router box is 3 metres from ring doorbell, any help or advice much appreciated.
