Help reconnecting at new address ring doorbell 2

I can’t seem to connect it is saying still connected to previous owner yet I am previous owner? I deleted as I thought I was going to have to leave doorbell for new owners that bought house but they ended up having their own.

Hi @Fltweety23! Although the previous owner sounds to be yourself, when re-adding a previously setup device it may require further confirmation. The Change of Ownership process will allow you to setup your Doorbell again, once you’ve verified the email sent to the owner account. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
