My doorbell 2 has decided to go offline .
I have tried the below steps to troubleshoot the device but haven’t had any luck, your help would be much appreciated to get it back online .
Removed/reinserted a fully charged battery
On the front of the DoorBell - Pressed the setup button for a few seconds ( while the blue light kept flashing ), using the Ring app, i tried to reconnect the device to my WiFi router with no joy .
( note : online triublebooting guide says when you press the setup button, you should see white circular light ) which i failed to see on my RingDoor bell, does this mean its time to replace my door bell and buy a new one ?
