Help on a baffling live view recording

Hey there !
Our house had been benefited greatly from several Ring products over the years . A recent live view recording produced a rather puzzling event . Am I able to share this with the community- hopefully someone might offer some technical insight into a rather spooky recording? I am a practical person and certainly not here to waste time with a hoax .
