Please help , battery health still showing low but is new charged battery and left off but nothing and updated ring app and still front door still showing low

Try performing a quick reboot of your Doorbell from the Ring app using the steps listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). The reboot will take a few minutes to complete. After that, test out an event on your Doorbell by activating the Live View or pressing the button. Then check the Device Health page to see if the battery percentage is correctly updated.
