Help needed!

Hello All,

I have a 2nd gen video door bell that is hard wired with very poor power source and battery level of 3%. I’ve tired to recharge by USB with no success. Not sure how to resolve this problem?!

Any suggestions?


Hi @Ramsay49. Have you tried charging your doorbell using different outlets or charging cables? Additionally, I would try to perform a reset on your device to see if that will allow it to charge. To perform a reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release.
