Help me reconnect

Hello I’ve recently changed my broadband and when I try to re connect it it asks for a qr code or pin

Is there anyway to get one generated as my home doesn’t feel safe without my cameras.
My chime is already connected

Hi @Bysie99. Do you still have the original packaging that the Ring Doorbell came in? The QR code and pin should both be on the original packaging. No worries if you don’t, as the QR code is also going to be located on the back of the Ring Doorbell itself so that you can scan it and complete the setup process again. :slight_smile:
