My picture on my doorbell is fuzzy & can’t make things out (faces ect whole reason got it) connecting to live takes forever to load. Not even had it a year & it’s playing up
Hi @user52386. If possible, can you please share a screenshot or video example of the fuzzy video quality? Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, what is the RSSI number listed on the Device Health page? This gives us a measure of the wifi signal strength, which can affect video quality.
