My husband installed our doorbell today. He sent me an invite so I created an app login but what do I do from there to see what he sees?
Also, is there a way to turn off 2 the step verification every time I log in?

Hi @AJudlick. Welcome to the Ring family! Did you accept the email invite that you received, and did you create your Ring account with the same email address that he entered in when sharing the Doorbell? You should be able to sign in, and tap the location name in the top center of the Ring App to toggle to the location that says (Shared) in the name. This should be the one with the Doorbell on it, and you’ll be able to receive notifications and access the Live View. As for the two-step verification, you can receive the code via email or SMS, but it cannot be turned off. However, the Ring App should keep you signed in unless you manually sign out. I hope this information helps!
