Help can't get chime to chime

Hi I’ve just bought the ring door bell and chime set 3 I’ve tried to set it all up the door bell is fine but I can’t get the chime to work despite having a blue light it just won’t chime any ideas before I give up and take it back?

Hey, @Dontknow! Is the Ring Chime successfully setup in the Ring app and connected to your network? If so, that is a great start. Once the Chime is setup, you can then link it with your Doorbell via the Ring app options. Remember to also visit the Chime settings and select a chime tone in order for a sound to be heard as intended. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
