My HDR feature has stopped working as of 10/19/20

Hi @cacross964. Please try toggling the HDR feature in your Ring App off and then back on. If that doesn’t do the trick, you can reset your Ring device by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll want to take it through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. These steps should resolve your concern, but if they don’t, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a closer look at this for you.
