After a bad storm knocked my camera away from the mount and onto the ground, it has consistently had a hazy view during the daytime. I tried to clean the lens with no improvement at all. I’m assuming water got inside, but I have no idea what can be done to correct it and the unit is no longer under warranty.
Hi @FentonFred. If your Spotlight Cam is out of warranty, you can still receive an out of warranty discount code to use towards the purchase of a new Spotlight Cam. In addition, consider using our Ring Protect Plus Plan which extends your warranty. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
