Having trouble to get ring protect plan in USA

I have my home in the US and the Ring doorbell is attached to the home. The address on my account is at that US home. Yet when I try to obtain a plan it keeps quoting me in Canadian dollars. Why is it not allowing me to pay in US funds through my US bank account. The only thing that shows that i am Canadian is my tel #.

Any advise on how i can get my account to recognize that the locations of my doorbells are both in the USA so it can offer me the US plans in lieu of the Canadian ones?
