Havent received shipment of replacement product since Nov 26, 2022

Having concerns with the installation of the Ring Indoor Cam, I contacted Ring Support. They realized there was an issue with the device and offered to replace it. As such, they created a Request id on Nov 26 to ship the product. In spite of several follow-up calls, I keep hearing back it will take months to reach Dubai. Please support in resolving this concern quickly.
