Have to reset gen 1 doorbell after every charge

My ring doorbell requires me to go through the sync process every time I have to charge it but this time it had to update and now will not stream or send alerts. Is it just past life expectancy or is there a fix?

Hey @Jmercer5. I would recommend performing a quick reset on your Doorbell and then walking through a new setup. This will ensure it downloads any needed updates fully. To reset your Doorbell, hold down the setup button on the back for 30 seconds. After that, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to complete a new setup of the Doorbell.
