I have the Ring app installed on an IPad, a Mac desktop and a Samsung android phone, no problems with the two Apple devices but theSamsung I have to re install the app every day because although it still records motion it doesn’t notify me and the doorbell doesn’t work on the phone. Any ideas anyone?
Hi @johndog. I’d suggest checking out our Help Center Article on troubleshooting notification concerns with Android devices here, as well as checking for any apps that conflict with the Ring App from this list here. You’ll also want to ensure your Android OS is fully up-to-date.
