Have I got the wrong Ring doorbell?

I bought a battery Ring doorbell from a retailer (as I dont have hard wiring)
It was faulty so Ring agreed to replace. I’ve set the new one up and on my devices page it shows as hardwired. Is this wrong?

Hi @user67963. Make sure the Ring app is fully updated, then perform a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page. If that doesn’t resolve this, can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end regarding the power status?
