Have been trying all afternoon to get this product to work without any success. There doesn’t seem to be any power to the camera and I’ve checked the wiring several times. Any tips please? This is the device that allows you to connect an external floodlight to it and having purchased a new floodlight and the new ring device I’m feely pretty frustrated.
Hi @TimWe. Were you able to verify that the Spotlight Cam Wired was working before you connected the Hardwired Kit?
