This hardwired door cam was installed about 5 years ago. Always maintained full charge. But now is not charging. Doorbell transformer at circuit breaker panel is at 19V, I have also swapped out battery with a very new battery from a different cam, same problem. All settings have been optimized for low power drain and I have rebooted the door cam. Hey Ring team, HELP!!!
