Greetings. I have a spotlight cam wired 1st gen. Stopped working last night based off of events and previous health check. Have great wifi speeds and RSSI -47 on last check. All other devices on network are running great. Tried manually resetting using the button on top and even flipped the breaker off for a few minutes. Will not enter setup mode. Camera will not do anything but all of the red LED above the lens are lit up constantly. Please help

Hi @NovemberWhiskey. The steps you took were excellent troubleshooting steps to take when a Spotlight Cam Wired will not enter setup mode. You also want to try plugging your Camera into a different outlet to see if it makes a difference. If your Camera is hardwired, verify that it is receiving the proper amount of power, which is 100–240 volts. Since this involves high voltage, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified electrician for help.
