The doorbell stopped ringing inside the house. And the camera image is a very odd shade of red when looking through the phone. Just started happening in the last 24 hours. I’ve had the doorbell for about one year. Any ideas what may have caused this?
Hi @Ronr1. Try resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. This is a basic troubleshooting step that should resolve the red hue you’re seeing. Test the Live View to see if the view still has a red hue, and try ringing the Doorbell to see if it rings at the internal chime kit.
