The sensor is working but the lights aren’t illuminating. Brand new. Any solution other than replacing the unit? Thanks
Hi @672eb108e9b99a51a7c705341fac2c. The first step would be to go over your Light Settings and ensure that everything the Settings align with your expectation of how the Lights should work. You can find out more about your Light Settings in this Help Center article here. Next, you’ll want to evaluate the environment that the Floodlight is placed in. If there is enough ambient light in the general area of the Floodlight, the lights will not activate.
