Hi, we have hardwired our doorbell and it is showing that it is hardwired, so has been done correctly, however within days of doing so the battery has gone to critically low and won’t move past 4% charge. It has a lightning bolt in the battery icon so shows it’s connected but just won’t charge up past that 4%. Any help or advice please?
