So my ring is hardwired since doing so my inside door bell dings periodically through out the day last night it was dinging since 3 am what is the deal help
Hi there, @billcam69! Depending on the Video Doorbell model you have, there should be settings available in the Ring app related to your chime kit. When visiting your Video Doorbell page in the Ring app, then tapping on it’s Device Settings tile, there should be an option for “In home chime” settings. This will allow you to specify the chime kit type used. Speaking of chime kits, please also ensure the chime being used is on our Chime Compatibility list. I hope this helps!
