Do Ring supply a transformer to hardwire the Outdoor siren? The plug in adapter is too short to reach where the siren will be mounted.
I have an electrician who will fit this, just need to order the correct transformer either from Ring or elsewhere if anyone knows what to order.
Hi @scoobyman555. The Outdoor Siren’s hardwire terminal block supports 9-28V, 12-40W, 0.2-2.5mm2 diameter wire. If you’re looking for a compatible transformer to hardwire your Outdoor Siren to, please check out the Help Center Article below to find hardwiring instructions. It will go over the power requirements needed so you can ensure the transformer you get is compatible.
