Live View Disabled because Low Battery, BUT its hardwired & only 9 months old? Checked power/switch all OK. Any pointer please!
I just installed one yesterday. I had to change the power setting after install from battery to wired. I assume yours is in battery mode. Go to device settings>general settings>power mode and change it to wired mode.
