Hard wired ring cam showing offline but still recording on phone app but not computer app

Starting on the evening of 3-3-21 one of my hard wired ring spot cams said that it was offline even though the camera is capturing video, I can see the video on my Samsung phone but not on the computer app, I have a very good connection and nothing has changed on my router, my other
spot cam is hooked up to a chime pro and it is showing online and recording as well, seems to be a ring issue showing the first spot cam offline when it is actually not.
UPDATE: I decided to bump up my wifi speed and that took away the problem, the offline wifi symbol went away, very quick recording times too no lag at 500 mbps
