When I tap live view on the dashboard there is a long delay or doesn’t connect. I have to try later. Signal is 45. Any suggestions. Speed tested over 200 mbs.
Hey @ssa! The speeds certainly look to be sufficient, and the RSSI shows only little interference or distance. The best thing to check first is for any common wifi interferences that might cause this. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal.
If you covered all the bases for sufficient wifi signal, the next best step will be to check on mobile device connection. Please try removing and reinstalling your Ring app, as well as ensuring bluetooth and VPN are disabled on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
