Floodlight cam wired stopped working. It has been disconnecting regularly for 2 weeks. Now it wont reconnect at all or respond to the button press on top of the camera. There is power to the light and camera. I have tried every troubleshooting recommendations on the FAQ site.
Hi @Cg2041. How do you have this Floodlight Cam wired? Is it connected to a dimmer switch? What is the RSSI for this device? Try disconnecting it from power for about 10 minutes, then reconnecting it. This power cycle should prompt your camera to behave normally. Let me know if this information helps!
