After talking to customer service they had me do a hard reset. Upon completion the bell just kept going off and eventually melted my chime inside. Has this happened to anyone before?
Hi @Trentj103. This can happen if the transformer you are using is not the correct voltage or if the Pro Power Kit is not properly installed on applicable models.
