Hi i have bought plenty of doorbell,which is imported from UK,im from MY btw,some of the products already being installed by others,i have difficulties to register to my ring apps,does hard reset will help to overcome this problem,even if i request access,no idea how it communicate to previous owner,what is the real solution for this?please share and thank you in advance
Hi @areazaMY84. If you’re in a region where Ring devices aren’t currently sold or shipped to, we can’t guarantee your devices will work as expected. You can find a list of the regions that Ring devices are currently available in on our website here. Resetting a Ring device will not remove it from the previous owner’s account, they will need to remove it from their account first. With that said, we do recommend waiting until Ring devices are available in your region to purchase and use them.
