Halo on Floodlight cam

Recently purchased a Floodlight cam on Amazon, got it installed, works great. The catch is, at night, in Live view, there’s a halo around the image. Is that normal? I can’t see the halo in recorded videos, nor in daylight Live view. Any ideas? Is that normal?

Hi neighbors. If the view from your Floodlight Cam looks like this, please try the following troubleshooting steps. Clean the lens off with a dry microfiber cloth. Reboot the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page. If this issue persists after trying the above, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available here. Same problem with wired floodlight cam. Bought 5, one has halo in live view. Support says their not responding to emails because of covid. Have to chat?

I too have this problem - Day and night halo very visible in live picture etc
