The cameras are not listed under devices on the app. I try to set them up when I reinstalled the app on the new phone and it won’t let me because it says the devices are still registered to its owner. Well, I’m the owner.
Hey @Bob_Poston. Are you unable to log into the previous account because it is under a phone number that will not get the text message verification code to log in? You will need to ensure you get access back into your old account to re-gain ownership of the devices and seeing them in the Ring app. No worries though, our support team can handle this for you!
